**Billing Administrator**
We are looking for an experienced **Billing Administrator** to join our growing finance team. In this role, reporting directly to the Supervisor, of Accounts Receivable; the Billing Administrator will be responsible for the complete billing cycle, from prebill generation to submission of bills into the billing system, providing billing support to both internal and external clients.

Biotricity is a fast-growing medical technology start-up. The company is focused on delivering innovative, state of the art FDA-approved remote biometric monitoring solutions to both medical professionals and consumer markets. Since commercialization, the company has experienced triple-digit annual revenue growth. Biotricity is headquartered in Redwood City, California, and is a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq stock market. The finance team is in Toronto, Canada.
- What will you do? _
- Daily management of internal requests through the billing department’s inbox
- Collaborate with sales and operation teams, enter the purchase order information, shipping information as well as set up new customer account in the Company’s financial accounting and operating systems
- Providing billing support to internal billings teams
- Generating bills, preparing reports and meeting billing deadlines
- Assist with billing data entry and performing clean up as required
- Verifying order fulfillment with other departments
- Reviewing invoices to ensure billing accuracy
- Reviewing RMA portal to prepare billing monthly
- Communicating with the AR Coordinator and other departments to resolve any billing related issues and provide clarifications
- Provide complete information to AR coordinator and/or AR Supervisor on accounts that need adjustments and escalation.
- Update and manage fee and billing schedules
- Analyzing all billing procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Additional duties as assigned
- What are the requirements for this role? _
- Previous experience in a monthly recurring billings environment
- Experience using systems and tools to process billings
- Problem solving to respond to billing queries in a timely manner on accounts
- Able to manage a large volume of queries daily
- Client service mindset with excellent verbal and written communication and people skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge with QuickBooks, NetSuite and YayPay an asset
- Knowledge of accounting and billing procedures and policies
- Possess strong analytical skills with proven problem-solving capabilities
- Strong diligence
- Excellent time management skills and be highly organized

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
