This position is a 100% remote role and can be based out of anywhere in Ontario.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Billing duties such as invoice generation and backup document preparation
- Analytic functions such as utilization and margin analysis
- Correspondence with operations team and customers for billing inquiries
- Customer information maintenance in accounting system
- Other accounting duties and projects as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in billing or similar role
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience in a fast-paced and high-volume collections environment
- Ability to problem solve, multitask, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Excel, Word and MS Outlook
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong attention to detail, organization and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment
