We are in search of an experienced Sales Specialist who will play a pivotal role in driving our company forward. Upon joining, you will inherit a select number of accounts that require immediate attention and management. This provision will enable you to contribute promptly to your commissions. The Sales Specialist will focus on the following key areas:

- Proactively engage and foster relationships with high-value customers flagged by our customer support team. Your goal is to ensure their continued loyalty and increase their spend over time.
- Implement cold calling and direct bidding strategies targeted towards accommodations departments of large corporations, with the aim of securing contracts for housing staff.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with property owners, ensuring our portfolio continues to expand and our brand remains their first choice.
- Monitor and identify major events coming to town, actively engaging and collaborating with organizers to offer our spaces for their participants and guests. This involves strategic planning and forging partnerships for long-term opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years in a sales role, preferably within the accommodations or real estate industry. Prior experience in cold calling, bidding for large corporate contracts, and event outreach is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in fostering and maintaining long-term, value-driven relationships with high-value customers, stakeholders, and event organizers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer behavior, market trends, and upcoming events to enhance sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and standard office software.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and a determination to achieve targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

- Base salary of $32,000 per annum, plus commission.
- Commission structure: On achieving sales targets related to “High Potential Customers”, “Corporate Outreach”, and “Upcoming Events Outreach”, earn up to an additional $80,000 annually. Total potential compensation: Up to $112,000 annually, with the opportunity for increased earnings based on exceptional performance.
