Job Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for selling Tour Tech East (2015) Limited products and services, and up selling to higher products and services. She/he is expected to penetrate existing accounts and sell warm leads. The Account Executive maintains metrics, which Tour Tech East (2015) Limited will monitor to ensure coaching can be completed using quantifiable factors. It is imperative for this role that the Account Executive establishes ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
The Account Executive will assist in growing new business and developing strong customer relationships within an assigned territory or area to provide in-depth customer solutions. Executives will be required to offer a wide variety of solutions to new customers and grow partner relationships within an assigned territory and with current customers. She/he is responsible for establishing new business, developing current business relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. She/he works with a degree of autonomy.
An account executive seeks and follows leads to acquire new business for Tour Tech East (2015) Limited. She/he seeks out purchasing decision makers and develops working relationships with them. She/he designs and delivers presentations highlighting the products and services of her company, negotiates contract terms with clients and successfully closes sales. She/he works towards exceeding predetermined quotas set by the supervisor.
**Responsibilities**:
- Negotiate rental agreements with customers
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track rental transactions
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their rental needs
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the rental market
- Conduct sales activities to promote rental services
- Manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service
- Analyze market trends to optimize rental offerings
- Demonstrate leadership skills to motivate the rental team
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in negotiating rental agreements
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong communication skills for effective client interactions
- Background in business development and sales
- Experience and knowledge in entertainment / event planning is an asset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
