The Festival & Event Sales is perfect for an entry-level sales professional to learn and grow within an exciting sector of the event rental industry at a highly recognised local company. **Position Expectations**:

- You will meet customer expectations through outstanding customer service and sales.
- Make product recommendations to match or enhance your client’s vision
- Create and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients
- Provide onsite event support, consultation and recommendations when required
- Generate rental quotes and convert them into active jobs, organize a large client base, and accurately keep track of numerous contracts at once.
- Communicate with the operations department to create a flawless customer experience
- Ensure sales cycles are complete from first client contact to follow-up and payment
- Other event-related and administrative duties as required
- Must have excellent detail recall and be able to manage multiple accounts at once
- Flexibility about tasks and responsibilities
- Must have great communication skills
- Relatable experience either in event coordination (such as through school programs or recreation background)
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new programs with ease

Post-secondary education (Event management, Recreation Management) is considered an asset

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
