This role sits within LBC Capital, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank

Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Operations, the Enterprise Specialist is responsible for managing partner relationships and leased assets, as they come to end of lease (EOL). This includes providing to support to our internal and external stakeholders throughout the lease's lifecycle, from responding to inquiries, end of lease document processing, management of assets being placed into inventory, and processing funds to close out leases. Additionally, the role includes monitoring and resolving issues that arise throughout, and at the end, of the contract term.

**Responsibilities**:
º Work with remarketers to prepare, review and process assets into inventory

º Customer reconciliations as they pertain to inventoried assets

º Preparation and review of end of term documents - return authorizations, invoices, bill of sales, among others

º Review and prepare end of term refunds

º Disposing of contracts

º Analyze, research and resolve complex Enterprise issues

º Residual/FMV negotiations with vendor partners and Enterprise customers

º Portfolio specific knowledge and communication with our various partners

**Qualifications**:
º Strong analytical, and negotiation skills

º Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills

º Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Access

º Strong organizational and time management skills

º Ability to work independently and with a team

º Ability to multitask while adhering to time sensitive deadlines

º Experience in equipment finance preferred

º University degree or equivalent work experience

º Bilingual* (French/English) is preferred
- "Qualifications - Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matterswith internal and external parties in both languages."
