Develop relationships with critical business units to understand how the departments operate and explore opportunities to optimize their time and effort in resource planning.
Collaborate with the external consultant responsible for the Long-Term Resource Plans (LTRPs), Stakeholder and Community Engagement Plan, and the Community and Indigenous Relations team to organize and enhance the engagement sessions.

Continue to contribute to developing, preparing, and submitting the LTRPs. What it takes:
A degree in public relations, marketing communications, policy, business, environmental studies or engineering, or a related resource development field.
A minimum of three years of related experience.
Experience with the energy industry in the Pacific Northwest is an asset.
Strong analytical skills to effectively understand stakeholder needs, assess engagement strategies, assess policy, and drive meaningful interactions.
Excellent skills in listening, adaptability, and facilitation to engage with communities and use data-driven information to guide your interactions.
