The **HR Supervisor** will provide HR leadership to Kia Canada business and work with all leaders to drive talent and organizational strategies. The HR Supervisor provides coaching and consulting services to People Managers and Employees alike in order to continuously improve employee engagement, productivity, and organizational performance.

**Responsibilities**
- Coach/advise People managers in all areas of Human Resources management and planning, particularly in the areas of talent acquisition, succession planning, employee training & development, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, health and safety, and compensation.
- Responsible for providing proactive planning, day to day solutions, expert counseling, accurate and timely HR information to clients, employees, and management of the Company.
- Builds effective relationships with all areas of the business and provides people leaders guidance and coaching on business strategy to enhance strategic direction.
- Participates in the design & delivery of training throughout Kia Canada.
- Actively participates and co-facilitates the onboarding process for all new Kia Canada employees.
- Contributes as HR project leader or contributor on various department, HR, and business initiatives.
- Maintain current knowledge of market trends, legal requirements, and administration of Human Resources policies.
- Manages a variety of projects from inception to implementation while providing learning and integration parameters to ensure success.
- Performs other duties as required.

**Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Required**
- Post-secondary education in an HR-related field
- 5-7 years of HR experience, in a HR Business Partner structure /model
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization (oral and written)
- High proficiency in MS Suite and HRIS tools
- Demonstrates professionalism in dealing with highly confidential information and situations.
- Proven conflict management skills
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changing business conditions.
- Experience in SAP would be considered an asset.
- CHRL designation would be considered an asset.
