Mississauga, Canada Cyclone Manufacturing Inc. Full time

**Position: HR Assistant**

**Duties**:

- Ensure compliance will all labour related laws and regulations
- Update employee boards annually
- Process medical benefits and safety shoes reimbursements
- Administer and update all employee data in excel as well as the Microsoft Dynamics AX and AMANO Timeguardian Software systems
- Deal with Government Authorities and other Regulatory Authorities
- Resolve labour related issues and employee inquiries
- Help Accounting Dept. with: missing scans and verifying shift types per payroll period, entering in calculated Statutory Holiday hours in AMANO and entering in vacation slips for office employees only
- Investigate and submit all WSIB related forms and claims
- Collect and maintain employees’ nationality declaration documents, Police Clearance Reports and Controlled Goods Program Applications
- Prepare CGP assessment papers
- Keep track of temporary SIN expiry dates
- Follow up with Supervisors regarding employee suitability during probation term
- Initiate, follow up and maintain employee evaluations
- Train employees Health and Safety and Accessibility
- Verify with employee and key personnel with regards to end of employment checklist form
- Maintain position duties
- Create letters and employment agreements (Including employment letters, offer of employment letters, reference letters, disciplinary letters and termination letters)
- All other duties assigned by the HR Manager and Upper Management

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5N 5S1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 2 years (required)
