Real Estate Administrative Assistant

**What We're Looking For**:
- We are looking to add a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team
- We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who's great with clients
- The primary responsibility of this position is supporting our real estate agents, in the process of helping a client complete the purchase of their new home
**Compensation**:
$40,000+ (base with bonuses)
**Responsibilities**:
- Introducing yourself to new clients and share in the excitement of their soon-to-be new home
- Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders to improve customer satisfaction ratings
- Remind clients of deadlines and ensure they have completed necessary tasks
- Check-in with the lender and keep the loan on track
- Order home warranties
- Record sales in multiple areas for our team members
- Upload all accepted offer documents to our system and save
- Create commission disbursements for agents
- Accepting inbound calls from customers and setting appointments for agents
- Projects as assigned
- Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
This position will be full-time and there is a tremendous opportunity to grow with the company.
**Qualifications**:
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not necessary
- If you enjoy working with a fun, fast-paced company and have a warm, friendly attitude, we want to work with you
- Thrives working within a system and focuses on keeping processes/transactions on track
- Deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
- Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
- Enjoys talking to clients and problem-solving
- Able to easily learn new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- We have a great company culture and are looking for someone who will fit in with our team
- Must live within 50 km of Barrie, ON. This is currently a remote position
