**Position Details**:
What You Will Do:

- General printing, faxing, scanning and filing as directed.
- Preparation of mailouts as directed.
- Completing requests for CCG Charitable Donation program on behalf of Government & Community Relations.
- Interoffice mail and fax management for Club & Automotive Services.
- Office Supplies management.
- Ordering of trunk organizers, gift cards and other premiums/swag as directed.
- Scanning & indexing documents to OnBase.
- Providing support for CCG/Club & Automotive events as required.
- ERS claims administration including
- ERS Network administration as directed by Manager, Operational Efficiency.
- Membership account maintenance. I.e. name changes, SWAP, Marketing Permissions etc.
- TripTiks processing including
- Production of orders through the AAA TripTik Portal.
- Printing, binding & shipping of orders.
- Fulfillment of Map & Tourbook requests from Call Centre.
- Raw materials management, including inventory management and shipping to retail stores.
- Processing of Request Management System (RMS) - Membership changes/processing in SAP using elevated system access.
- Handling of SAP Resolution Centre (SRC) requests.
- Managing processing related to special Membership campaigns/events as directed.
- Processing of HappyFox ticket submissions
- Equipment return processing.
- Employee record maintenance.

Who You Are
- Post-secondary diploma or degree.
- Completion of or willingness to complete Microsoft Office Professional certification.
- Completion of or willingness to complete Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or above).
- Superior customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing work in a timely manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in general office administration.
- Experience with MS Office.
