**Sommaire**:
Relevant de la direction opérations et transactions assistées, le représentant services aux membres sert les membres et clients souhaitant être accompagnés dans leurs transactions monétaires. Il conseille judicieusement le membre dans l’utilisation des produits et services, et l’accompagne au besoin dans ses opérations. Il transmet aux membres de l'information de nature générale sur l'offre de service de la Caisse.

**Responsabilités principales du poste**:

- Être à l'écoute des besoins des membres et clients afin d'assurer leur entière satisfaction, de saisir les opportunités de vente ;
- Informer et répondre aux questions des sociétaires quant aux différents services et produits offerts et les diriger vers les services appropriés;
- Déceler les opérations douteuses et en faire rapport à son superviseur ;
- Balancer sa caisse en fin de journée et aider ses collègues au besoin ;
- Effectuer, à l’occasion, l’inventaire et rangement dans les voûtes et papeterie ;
- Assurer la relève pour les postes du secteur OTA au besoin ;
- Procéder à la vérification des ouvertures de comptes ;
- Intégrer des données dans les systèmes ;
- Effectuer la mise en filière.

**Profil recherché**:
**Scolarité**: Diplôme d’études secondaires

**Compétences principales**:

- Maîtriser les deux langues officielles;
- Démontrer une grande capacité à apprendre sur le terrain;
- Être d’un abord facile et être orienté vers le client;
- Faire preuve de rigueur professionnelle et de minutie;
- Être apte à travailler en équipe;
- Avoir un bon sens de l’organisation et de la confidentialité;
- Connaître les produits et services de la Caisse.

**Conditions de travail**:
**Centre de services**: Longlac
**Période de travail**: Du lundi au vendredi
**Statut d’employé**: Temps plein, 35h/semaine de début mai à fin août
**Rémunération**: Selon le niveau N3 (20,85 $ )de l’échelle salariale en vigueur
