RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES AND MARKETING:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as campaign launches, trade shows, and community outreach activities
- Provide support during marketing events, present our products and services, and engage with customers and participants
- Support and assist the corporate clients of our telecom services, and support our other lines of business
- Ensure delivery of next-level customer service with the help of our Customer Care team

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:

- Create and schedule engaging posts across various social media
platforms
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, feedback, and respond promptly and professionally
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS AND CONTENT CREATION:

- Assist and lead in the creation of:

- Articles
- Press releases
- Corporate presentations
- Website content
- SMS campaigns
- Collaborate with the team to develop compelling marketing campaigns
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and
adherence to brand guideline

MARKET RESEARCH:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors’ activities, to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
- Compile and analyze data from market reports to gain insights into target audiences and market opportunities
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and
recommendations for the Sales and Marketing team

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & RETENTION:

- Collaborate with the Customer Care team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with marketing efforts
- Develop engaging and fun concepts for promotions and marketing
events

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience, or equivalent education
- Must be fluent and proficient in English and French, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
