**About the Role**:We’re seeking a motivated and personable **Dealer Onboarding Specialist** to join our onboarding team. In this sales-focused role, you’ll identify, nurture, and close prospective leads across Canada and the United States, helping them join the Celebright Dealer Network. You will play a critical role in ensuring new dealers are successfully onboarded and ready to bring Celebright’s innovative solutions to their local markets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead Management and Dealer Recruitment:
- Receive and manage Dealer leads generated by the marketing team through advertising campaigns.
- Engage potential Dealers, ensuring a thorough understanding of their background and interest, to assess fit with Celebright’s partnership criteria, company values and financial targets.
Business Assessment:
- Collaborate with potential Dealers to conduct a business assessment, identifying their overall sales goals, market potential, and operational strengths and weaknesses.
Recruitment and Onboarding Coordination:
- Oversee the Dealer recruitment process from initial contact to the final contract signing ensuring a seamless transition.
- Collaborate with the dealer account specialist team to facilitate effective onboarding, continuity on Dealer expectations and support, setting new Dealers up for success.
Networking and Relationship Building:
- Represent Celebright at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote partnership opportunities.
Market Research and Strategic Input:
- Contribute to market research by providing insights into the potential Dealer markets and user demographics.
- Work closely with the marketing and dealer account specialist teams to refine recruitment strategies and outreach efforts based on market trends, underperforming regions and general feedback.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals, with experience moving leads through a sales funnel.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot and Freshdesk (or similar).

- **Technological Savvy**: Comfortable using and learning new technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with dealer networks or in a similar B2B sales role.
- Familiarity with the lighting or technology industry is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $51,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
