**Job Description**:
**In this role you will**:

- Manage and maintain the website: Ensuring site uptime, speed, and functionality.
- Coordinate with the IT department and external vendors for site-related technical issues and enhancements.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the customer journey and optimize the site to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales team to ensure product listings, descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up-to-date.
- Analyze website analytics, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage A/B testing and site personalization to improve customer experience and increase conversion rates.
- Work closely with customer service to address any customer complaints or issues related to the website.
- Work closely with developers to bring custom changes to the site.
- Stay informed on the latest ecommerce trends and technologies to drive innovation.

**Qualifications**:
**The Qualifications and Experience we like to see**:

- 3-5 years of experience managing an ecommerce website or similar role.
- Proficient in ecommerce platform(s), Google Analytics, SEO/SEM strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to create Landing Page using page builder tools.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization.
- Basic understanding of Shopify Liquid or editing Shopify Themes.
- Basic copywriting skills.
- Extreme attention to detail - observational
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
