As the Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage a team. This position will report directly to the General Manager, and also have a bar component working with the Bar Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for helping the restaurant meet service, sales, and profit objectives
- Manage and supervise a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Formulating work schedules
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage daily operations and POS functions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Inspect Open/Close restaurant in accordance with daily checklists
- Collaborate with other managers to achieve company goals
- Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment

**EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year diploma from an accredited college in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and vendors
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and cashiering duties
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
