Barnescraig & Associates, part of the DWF Group, a successful insurance & risk management firm, is seeking a positive, motivated, bright individual able to work as part of a close-knit team in a busy environment. We are currently hiring for the following position:
**Reception / Administrative Support, Vancouver, BC**
**Skills required**:
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Word/Excel
Typing Speed: minimum 50 wpm:
Good command of English Language (oral and written).
**Admin Duties including the following**:
- Greet clients.
- Answer/direct calls.
- Incoming/outgoing mail, courier & fax items.
- Maintain supplies & petty cash.
- Open & close files.
- File management & storage.
- Post disbursements.
- Typing - preparation of correspondence & reports.
- Invoicing
- Proofread documents for spelling & grammatical errors.
- Photocopying and scanning as required.
- Review adjuster time/disbursements for accuracy.
- Maintain records.
- Assist with travel arrangements & office events.
- Kitchen duties.
- Provide cover in the absence of other Admin Staff.
- Other related duties required to support Administration & Adjusters.
**Salary**: Commensurate with experience - $32,886 to $36,000 annually
