As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our company's social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, fostering brand awareness, and driving audience engagement across various social media platforms. This role requires a creative and organized individual who is passionate about social media trends, understands different platforms, and can effectively communicate our brand's message to our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting across platforms for multiple stores.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and some inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with the audience, initiate, and participate in conversations, and build relationships with followers.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to optimize strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and best practices.
- Collaborate within the marketing and media team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Keep the brand's social media profiles up to date, ensuring accurate and consistent information.
- Stay knowledgeable about industry regulations, compliance, and best practices for social media marketing.
- Monitor social media trends and engagement to identify potential crisis situations and act accordingly.
- Assist with printing/cutting jobs on the Vinyl printer and cutter.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is not necessary but considered an asset.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create engaging and concise content.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic photo and video editing skills.
- Ability to understand target audiences and tailor content accordingly.
- Analytical skills to measure social media performance and interpret data for insights.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
- Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and priorities in the social media landscape.
