As part of the training and development team, the Learning Technology Administrator will build relationships and work closely with the Training and Development team, Learning Technology team, and various parties to support the development and maintenance of online learning and the Learning Management System (LMS). They will meet the educational needs of both new and seasoned professionals while highlighting our values to compliment STEP’s branding and business strategies.

WE REQUIRE:
**Related education**: Relevant post-secondary education.

**Related experience**:

- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role with experience administering and maintaining a Learning Management System.
- System savvy, with troubleshooting and system configuration experience.
- Knowledge and experience in learning analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organization skills with keen attention to detail.
