We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data, as well as supporting administrative functions. If you possess strong data entry skills, excellent communication, and are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate and efficient data entry to update and maintain our databases.
- Conduct cold calling as needed for data verification and updates.
- Utilize CRM knowledge to manage and organize client information.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various administrative tasks.
- Assist in quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the existing database.
- Support the administrative team with day-to-day tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.
- Handle inquiries and provide information when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable with cold calling for data verification purposes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Salary**: $32,945.35-$45,000.00 per year
