**Required Qualifications**:

- Current certificate of competency (licensure) from the College of Nurses of Ontario required.
- Minimal 2-years progressive experience in clinical care, 2 years of experience in informatics required.
- Holds current academic appointments/eligible for academic appointments.
- Ongoing membership with professional associations.
- Good understanding of the health care services and delivery processes in the community sector.
- Work closely with the digital leadership team and internal stakeholders to update and develop digital strategy and clinical product roadmaps.
- Lead initiatives to improve clinical workflows and documentation by enabling clinical practice via digital tools.
- Lead clinical change management efforts to improve adoption and utilization of clinical information systems and tools.
- Ability to develop and facilitate operational reporting, process improvement, and enhance user experience.
- Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Awareness and understanding of all relevant legislation related to practice standards, standards of safety and quality, and employment standards including human rights legislation.
- Demonstrated commitment to modelling lifelong learning and continuous professional growth.
