As a key player in our team, you will oversee and drive the successful delivery of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Overview:
As a Project Manager at **WPI Canada**, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will play a crucial role in coordinating project activities, managing resources effectively, and ensuring project goals are met.
**Duties**:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects from start to finish
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
- Manage project budget, resource allocation, and timelines
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
**Requirements**:
- Natural gas compression experience and knowledge of genset and compressor packages.
- Proven experience with Caterpillar and Waukesha engines operations
- Proficiency in trouble shooting natural engines, compressors, and generators.
- Strong ability to negotiate, present ideas effectively, and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in team management and fostering a collaborative work environment
