**What You’ll Do**:
**You’ll act with integrity to**:

- Prepares accounts receivable invoicing for all funds owing to the Assembly on a timely basis (Ministry and PA salaries, staff salary transfer overpayments, secondments and Gift Shop recoveries). Performs collections/follow-up of all outstanding invoices, including co-ordinating salary collections for both staff and Members’ salaries with Financial Analysts, ensuring collections are received and recorded in the correct fiscal year.
- Prepares and delivers bank deposits and prepares and inputs records of all funds received by the Assembly on a timely basis. Assist with Accounting Coordinator with Dining Room Accounts Rec.
- Monitors, records and submits monthly HST. Provide support to all staff of the Assembly on HST.
- Co-ordinates year-end audit of accounts receivable including March 31st revenue submission to Central Accounts, suspense reconciliations, rollovers and revenue analysis for auditors.
- Issues T4As by prescribed deadline. Maintains vendor profiles to ensure accurate reporting.

**You’ll support our collaboration as you**:

- Co-ordinates Branch requests for indemnification agreements requiring stop payments to the bank and appropriate cheque re-issues. Initiates follow-up for re-issue or cancellation of prior year stale-dated cheques. Produce Credit Memos as required.
- Acts as back-up for daily system cheque and report production, batch verification, cheque disbursement and for updating the master vendor file. Acts as back-up support for Financial Services and Purchasing & Operations receptionist. Acts as back-up for issuance of certificates of insurance.

- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with some accounting courses.
- Position requires understanding of procedures/services of internal program to adjust priorities for own work, provide basic information to clients and perform day-to-day accounting tasks.
