**NOTE: Although this is a remote Bilingual (French/English) Account Maintenance Customer Services Rep position - there is a requirement to attend the training in person, located in Edmonton, AB (minimum of 5 weeks). In order to be eligible for this position you must reside in the Edmonton area.**
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- Collection experience preferred.
- Strong oral communication skills with an ability to convey challenging messages to all customer types.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and is well organized.
- Proficient computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Decision-making and negotiation ability.
- Independent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours/shifts.
- Bilingual (French/ English).
