Taux de rémunération: 18$ CDN, par heure

Qualifications professionnelles:

**Job Type**: Full Time - Flexible Days, Evenings Weekends shifts available. (Must be available to work 40 hours per week)

Pay Rate: $18 CDN, per hour

Home Office Equipment Requirements: - Use your own device (Computer or Laptop)
- High speed internet with hardwire connection from computer to modem.

Job Skills Qualifications:

- Proficient French and English in both oral and written.
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Previous work experience in a Customer Service preferably working in the call center environment
- Pass a Police Background Check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exemplary communication skills; including professional and friendly telephone etiquette, a strong vocabulary, and outstanding written communication.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency. Exceptional skills in accurate data entry and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal and independent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce will be an advantage.
- Customer service oriented and able to work in a team environment. Build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Passionate in promoting kind, caring and helpful behavior with a can do attitude.
