**Job Title**: Sales Support (Bilingual French/English)
**Job Location**: Remote and preferably living in Ottawa or Montreal, Canada
***Job Summary**:
Healthcare is an incredibly complex and fast-growing industry. Businesses need powerful technology solutions to manage these challenges every day. In this position, you will support our Outside Sales and Marketing team by consulting with retail pharmacy owners about investments they can make to promote the long-term efficiency and profitability of their operations while allowing time to offer services that will improve patient health outcomes. ScriptPro develops and manufactures a wide range of products including pharmacy robotics, workflow, and pharmacy management system solutions, which ultimately help pharmacy owners provide the highest possible level of care and medication safety to their patients.
**Work Schedule**: Generally, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST. This is a remote position. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.
**Reporting Relationship**: Vice President Sales, Canada (based in Ottawa)
**Remote Work Requirements**:
- Must have high-speed reliable internet access
- Must have a distraction free home office workspace
- Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)
**Scope of the Role**:
- Make 40+ calls per day to prospective customers in Canada
- Discover prospects’ needs and educate them on the benefits of ScriptPro products
- Hand off qualified leads to Automation & Workflow Consultants based in Canada
- Productivity is measured by activity; number of calls made and number of leads produced as well as other contributions to the team
- Will on occasion interface with customers and may attend select Quebec trade shows
- Assist with French translation of marketing literature
**Required Skills**:
- Fluently bilingual French and English
- Experience in the Canadian pharmacy industry

**Preferred Skills**:
- College degree
- Previous sales experience - business to business phone sales a plus
- Pharmacy technician experience, preferably in Canadian pharmacy, would be considered an asset
**Working Conditions**: This position operates in an office environment. Routine use of standard office equipment is required. Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time. Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, and expected to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and reach. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions is required.
