We stock products of all amperages and voltages to serve residential, commercial and industrial needs.

**The Position**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager with a strong background in sales and marketing for our electrical equipment supply company. The Inside Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and implementing effective marketing strategies to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence. As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives while collaborating with the marketing department to align sales and marketing efforts seamlessly. This is a full-time leadership position based at our location in Mississauga, Ontario.

**Reports to**:
This position reports to the President/Owner

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
- Provide valuable insights to the marketing team to refine strategies based on sales feedback and market trends.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all sales and marketing materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
- Identify customer needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate electrical products or solutions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement efficient sales processes to streamline operations and improve overall productivity.
- Identify opportunities for sales process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and new business opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the finance department to create sales forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales management within the electrical supply industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle is an asset
