We stock products of all amperages and voltages to serve residential, commercial and industrial needs.

The Position:


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager with a strong background in sales and marketing for our electrical equipment supply company.

The Inside Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and implementing effective marketing strategies to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence.

As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives while collaborating with the marketing department to align sales and marketing efforts seamlessly.

This is a full-time leadership position based at our location in Mississauga, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Coach and mentor sales representatives to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
  • Provide valuable insights to the marketing team to refine strategies based on sales feedback and market trends.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all sales and marketing materials
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
  • Identify customer needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate electrical products or solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement efficient sales processes to streamline operations and improve overall productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for sales process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell and crosssell opportunities.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and new business opportunities.
  • Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions and refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the finance department to create sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales management within the electrical supply industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle is an asset
