**Position: Sales & Business Development Supervisor**
**Job Type**: Full-time, Commission-based with Base Salary
17$ an hour base + commission.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.
- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients to generate sales leads.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to optimize sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business decisions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the cleaning or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and close deals.
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
