Accreditation Canada (AC) is searching for a client engagement minded professional who shares our passion for achieving quality health services for all. In Canada and around the world, we are building a bold and bright future for our enterprise and our clients. From educating a client about the accreditation process, to developing their accreditation plan, to post-survey support and coaching, our Canadian Accreditation Associates play a key role in supporting clients throughout their accreditation journey. You will directly impact the efforts of healthcare organizations and social services, in Canada as they strive towards providing all patients with the quality and safety of service that we, our friends, and our family count on.**Let’s break it down. Your responsibilities include**:
- Project manage surveys from end to end with the unique needs of the clients through a deep understanding of the performance and context.
- Being the face of the accreditation process, from orienting new clients, to assisting them along the way to their accreditation. You’re their go to person when responding to inquiries.
- Research market information and specifics on client’s status.
- Generate leads for market development of a sector.
- You’ll use your extensive and comprehensive understanding of our standards and the provincial healthcare environments to help with the development and delivery of relevant education.
- Staying on top of emerging trends, deepening corporate knowledge and strategizing corporate initiatives in a specific health services area.

- Coaching. You’ll build meaningful relationships with new clients and strengthen existing ones, as you support them in their accreditation journey.
- Always keeping the patient in mind. Your rigorous review of survey reports and subsequent client feedback is relied upon to strengthen the future of their healthcare services.
- Being a flexible team player, at times, you’ll take off your client services hat and switch gears to support the team wherever it is needed most.
**You have a unique history. Does it include the education and experience listed below?**
- University degree, or equivalent experience, in a related field, such as Healthcare or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of progressive and varied experience in client services (ideally within the field of healthcare).
- Being fluently bilingual, you will have to operate in both official languages.
- Knowledge of the health care and social services environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills. This is key. You’ll be interacting daily with our Canadian Accreditation team and with our valued client organizations.
