Job Title**:Bike Builder (Seasonal)**

The Job: As new bicycles arrive at our Distribution Centre from our suppliers, our Bike Builders assemble all bicycles sold at our retail locations. The Build Team works out of our distribution centre. This position reports to the Lead Builder and the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities:

- Assembling bikes according to specific standards ensuring quality bicycle builds and expectations to support the Retail Sales Teams
- Maintain assembly schedules and quality inspections
- Ensure a clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency of the build process and safety of all staff
- Proactively maintain skills and knowledge.
- Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned by Lead Builder and/or Warehouse Operations Supervisor, including Receiving and Ticketing of product support.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Assist with delivery of products to individual stores
- Adhere to all company policies and standards, including Health & Safety.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:

- Have a mechanical aptitude. (Bike mechanics certification is an asset)
- Be reliable, punctual and flexible to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
- Ability to multi-task and juggle many priorities throughout the day
- Excellent communication skills
- Manage your time and meet deadlines.
- Have a passion for cycling and bikes.
- Look for ways to strive for continuous improvement provide feedback and collaborate with the team.
- Show initiative to achieve priorities.
- A valid Driver's license is an asset
