**PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead, organize, plan and execute the new product development process in specialized category from A-Z along with critical stakeholders and in-house design.
- Plans and presents new product at weekly product confirmation meetings, ensuring product is up-to-date with features, design, and collateral.
- Recommend line extensions and new product concepts to grow category in small appliances.
- Help plan new product development and plan extensions for the category and increase profitability of product line.
- Conduct competitive and benchmarking analysis by monitoring global marketplace for new product innovations and lifestyle trends.
- Transforms product details into features and benefits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing to ensure F&B’s in line with the market and subsequent brand materials/videos/materials are relevant and pertinent for sales and product features.
- Finds the WHY for our product and explains it in sales documents..
- Collaborate with product brand management team to clearly understand and write packaging features and benefits, and present final packaging to stakeholders for confirmation, and involved with packaging style and brand guidelines.
- Understand pricing and partner with sourcing to negotiate with current factory base to increase profitability of major SKUs.
- Manage relationships with key vendor base - stays in constant communications with factories.
- Helps coordinate competitive sample needs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 4-6 years experience in the product development within the consumer goods industry.
- Creative and autonomous, able to multi-task with strong project management skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across the organization and with stakeholders to manage the timeline and projects assigned.
- Open-minded, solution-focused, and nimble with a proven ability to respond positively to change.
- Able to master MS Office (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor degree preferred.

**GESTIONNAIRE DE PRODUIT (Gestionnaire de produits)**

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Diriger, organiser, planifier et exécuter le processus de développement de nouveaux produits de A à Z avec les parties prenantes critiques et le design interne.
- Planifier le développement de nouveaux produits par catégorie et augmenter la profitabilité de la ligne de produits.
- Planifier et présenter les nouveaux produits lors des réunions hebdomadaires de confirmation des produits, en s'assurant que les caractéristiques, le design et la documentation du produit sont à jour.
- Recommander des extensions de gamme et de nouveaux concepts de products pour développer la catégorie des petits appareils.
- Effectuer des analyses de la concurrence et des analyses comparatives en surveillant le marché mondial pour y déceler les innovations en matière de produits et les tendances en matière de style de vie.
- Transforme les détails du produit en caractéristiques et avantages.
- Collaborer de manière transversale avec le marketing pour s'assurer que les caractéristiques et les avantages sont conformes au marché et que les documents/vidéos/matériels de la marque qui en découlent sont pertinents pour les ventes et les caractéristiques du produit.
- Trouver le POURQUOI de notre produit et l'expliquer dans les documents de vente.
- Comprend et rédige clairement les caractéristiques et les avantages de l'emballage et présente l'emballage final au directeur pour confirmation.
- Participe au style d'emballage et aux directives de la marque.
- Négocie avec la base actuelle d'usines pour augmenter la rentabilité des principales SKUs.
- Gère les relations avec les principaux fournisseurs - reste en communication constante avec les usines.
- Soutenir le processus de vente et aider à gérer la coordination des principaux comptes de détail, en veillant à ce que l'équipe de vente dispose des matériaux et des données les plus pertinents.
- Tenir à jour les tableaux de lancement, les présentations et les calendriers de production.
- Aide à coordonner les besoins en échantillons de la concurrence.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 4 à 6 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie des biens de consommation, avec une expérience en shopper marketing ou en marketing de détail, un atout.
- Créatif et autonome, capable de mener plusieurs tâches de front.
- Expérience avérée dans l'utilisation de bases de données marketing, de courriers électroniques et de médias sociaux afin d'élaborer une stratégie de produit visant à cibler des groupes démographiques clés.
- Ouvert d'esprit, axé sur les solutions et agile, avec une capacité avérée à réagir positivement au changement.
