**Role**: The Delivery Manager, Product Development reports to the Manager, Product Development and works closely with 10 members of the team which includes developers, QAs, PO, DevOps and infrastructure team. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of product development projects, coordinating with various teams and ensuring that the product deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives. Additionally, the incumbent facilitates effective communication between stakeholders, addresses challenges and manages timesheets to ensure precise tracking of team hours.

**Your Day with Equisoft**:

- Manage and oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Serve as the main contact for addressing issues and resolving concerns to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Manage timesheets and monitor team utilization to optimize resource allocation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Work with the Product Management team or other stakeholders to refine product features and requirements.
- Identify risks and issues that may impact project delivery and implement mitigation strategies.

**Requirements**:
**Technical**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or information Technology or College Diploma
- 5+ years as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Release Coordinator or similar role with a strong understanding of service delivery
- Experience managing or implementing B2B software product
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps) for tracking progress and facilitating collaboration
- Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and team members to achieve favorable outcomes and resolve conflicts
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements, proactive approach to managing uncertainty
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English
