We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join us as a Digital Operations Coordinator. This is an exciting full-time permanent in-office position that is currently posted for Kelowna, however we would consider any community across BC that contains a Vista office.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Digital Operations Manager
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, creative, and development, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist in analyzing campaign data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Support the consistent adherence of brand guidelines and marketing law.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the organization's digital presence.
- Support the implementation and optimization of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other digital marketing technologies.
- Support for general digital sales projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Key Requirements**:

- Prior experience in digital marketing, digital operations, or a related field.
- Proficient in data entry with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Basic Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator skills are preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions with platforms like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
- Basic understanding or interest in learning about sales and sales process.
- Experience or interest in writing, marketing, or promotions is an asset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt within the radio broadcasting and digital world.
- Good communication & collaboration skills with the ability to work independently or within a team across our network of radio stations.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
