About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Spades Tactical. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Development: Plan and execute marketing projects to achieve business objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct surveys and analyze data to understand consumer behavior and preferences.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  • Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies.
  • Content Creation: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to engage with customers.
  • Market Research: Conduct social or economic surveys to assess market trends and development.
  • Questionnaire Design: Design market research questionnaires to gather valuable insights.
  • Portfolio Development: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase expertise.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to track customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Area of Specialization: Digital media.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
