**General Summary**:
**We have an open position for an Office Administrator located at our head office in Burlington, Ontario.**

Multi-faceted office position focused on customer assistance, administration and marketing support in a cross-functional team environment.

**CORE FUNCTIONS**:

- Managing daily operations of the office including administrative and clerical support, basic bookkeeping, and sales team support.

**DETAILS OF FUNCTION**:
**Office Administration**
- Placing online office supply orders
- Creating online waybills for shipping
- Collecting and sorting mail
- Excel spreadsheet log data entry and tracking
- Correspondence with warehouse and distributor contacts
- Printing and mailing of marketing material orders for sales team
- Assisting with organization of conference supplies and marketing material inventory
- Filing, data-entry and report compilation

**Basic Bookkeeping**
- Create credit memos and invoices in Sage 50
- Assist with Payable and Receivable Accounts

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Superior organization and time management
- Able to multi-task and perform a variety of duties in a timely and efficient manner
- Able to work well in a close team setting as well as independently
- Professional and courteous towards team members, clients, and customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving
- Ability to determine solutions for customers

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Inside Sales and/or Customer Service experience an asset

Office Management/Administration experience an asset

Education or previous experience in animal health/veterinary market preferred
