RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage the sales territory by meeting pre-determined sales targets
- Develop, execute and manage pricing strategies as defined by Management
- Develop, execute and manage new opportunities, new markets and focused new products
- Create a commercial plan for the territory that identifies customers, sales and growth potential
- Maintain and service current customer accounts while addressing opportunities within each account to maximize sales revenues
- Increase sales through prospecting / new account generation, sales presentations and product demonstration
- Strategic monitoring of the competition

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- 4+ years of experience in sales (preferably in packaging or other industrial sales)
- Post-secondary education
- A proven success sales history with a track record of continued profitable revenue growth
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

RESPONSABILITÉS:

- Gérer son territoire de vente en atteignant les objectifs de vente prédéterminés
- Développer, appliquer et gérer les stratégies de vente telles que définies par la direction.
- Développer, chercher et gérer les nouvelles opportunités, les nouveaux marchés et les nouveaux produits clés.
- Créer un plan d’affaire pour développer le territoire en identifiant les clients, les ventes et les potentiels de croissance
- Maintenir et entretenir les comptes des clients existants tout en développant les opportunités au sein de chaque compte afin de maximiser les revenus et les ventes.
- Augmenter les ventes par la prospection/recherche de nouveaux comptes, des présentations commerciales et des démonstrations de nos produits auprès de nouveau client
- Surveiller et rapporter les conditions du marché par rapport à la concurrence

QUALIFICATIONS et Compétences:

- De préférence plus de 4 années d'expérience en vente (dans l'emballage ou autre vente de produits industriels)
- Un diplôme d’étude niveau post-secondaire (Collégiale/Universitaire)
- Une bonne expérience de vente avec des compétences de développement, de croissance et d’améliorations des revenus des vntes
- Expérience démontrée en tant que représentant des ventes avec des réalisations de développement, de croissance et d’améliorations des ventes
- Solides compétences en communication, présentation et négociation
- Parfaite connaissance de la technologie, des équipements et des logiciels Outlook et Office
- Capacité de voyager fréquemment en fonction des besoins du travail
