About the Position
  • We are seeking an Administrative Support - Mailroom Machine Clerk to join our team in Toronto.
  • This is a full-time opportunity based on a 35-hour work week with a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate assigned mailroom equipment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail of work.
  2. Perform operational checks during machine use to ensure quality of work produced.
  3. Set up machine according to specifications and ensure availability of appropriate materials.
  4. Complete routine preventative maintenance on assigned machine to ensure optimal efficiency.
  5. Assist with troubleshooting basic problems/issues associated with assigned equipment.
  6. Provide clear communication and instructions to other team members and staff within the mailroom.
  7. Support additional mailroom duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Administrative Technician or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years minimum of experience in an office environment.
  • Experience with printing equipment and office machinery.
  • Highly organized and able to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
