Computershare has a great opportunity for someone to contribute their talents and strengths as an Imaging Associate on a 12 month Contract in our Toronto office.

We are looking for someone that likes to be organized and enjoys dealing with numbers. This is an excellent opportunity to join our global company, using your extensive networks and knowledge to grow our business and secure new revenue with some of the world's biggest companies

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Mailroom/Scanning Responsibilities - Sorting, and routing mail and courier packages accurately and efficiently to the appropriate department.
- Cash Management - Perform daily balancing and reconciliation of payments received
- Debit Room responsibilities - Audits and files incoming mail daily in line with policies and procedures

**What will you bring to the role?**
- 2-3 years’ experience in providing office services support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs
- Intermediate word and excel technical skills in MS Office
- High degree of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service attitude and professional presentation; energetic customer focused individual
- Ability to demonstrate superior teamwork
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to exercise tact, discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy
