**Team Background**:

**Responsibilities**:
As the Director of Public Relations, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's global PR strategy, collaborating with media and public relations teams in major cities worldwide to enhance brand image and manage crisis situations.
- **Strategic Planning and Execution**:
- Develop and implement a global PR strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and global expansion plans.
- Manage PR activities across global cities, including but not limited to press releases, media partnerships, and branding events.
- **Brand Management and Image Building**:
- Drive the consistency and positive construction of the brand image across regions.
- Manage the company’s reputation on a global scale, ensuring all external communications reflect the company's values and business objectives.
- **Media Relations and Collaboration**:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key media outlets in major global cities.
- Organize and execute international media events such as global press conferences and international media days.
- **Crisis Management**:
- Lead the development and implementation of global crisis communication strategies, responding swiftly to crises that may impact multiple markets.
- Prepare and implement a global crisis management plan, training international teams to handle PR challenges.
- **Team Leadership and Management**:
- Lead a geographically dispersed PR team, setting clear team goals and performance metrics.
- Foster career development of team members globally, ensuring the team has the skills and resources needed to successfully execute PR strategies.
- **Results Evaluation**:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of global PR activities to assess ROI and the effectiveness of strategies.
- Adjust strategies based on feedback from global markets and business needs.
Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
