Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Public Relations Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to enhance our company's reputation and promote our brand. You will work closely with the executive team to manage all aspects of public relations, including media relations and community outreach.

**Duties**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to promote our company's mission, products, and services
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage
- Write and edit press releases, speeches, articles, and other communication materials
- Conduct research to identify key trends and topics relevant to our industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
- Plan and coordinate press conferences, interviews, and other media events
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public perception of our company
- Handle crisis communication by responding promptly and effectively to any negative publicity or issues that may arise
- Oversee the development of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and website content
- Manage the public relations budget and allocate resources effectively

**Skills**:

- Strong market knowledge and understanding of current trends in public relations
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
