The Coordinator, Social Impact and DEI will help with the daily execution of the Social Impact strategy and DEI strategies for Gore Mutual. The main goal is to help our organization create measurable impact and a better tomorrow while engaging our employees in our Purpose work.

**What will you do?**
- Manage the tracking of impact measurement for our Social Impact strategy and communicate results of donation/grant requests internally and externally
- Track and report on all social impact metrics, including inputs, outputs and impact metrics
- Prepare social impact reporting materials for internal and external audiences
- Source volunteer opportunities for employees by building strong relationships with the charitable sector in key markets
- Develop employee communications, in partnership with internal communications, to engage employees on volunteer opportunities
- Support the VP, Purpose and Sustainability on the day-to-day management of the Employee DEI council, including meeting invites, agendas and take-aways
- Support the Purpose team in the development of DEI related initiatives/events and lead the logistics and activation of those events

**What will you need?**
- Undergraduate degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing corporate volunteer initiatives
- Diversity, equity, and inclusion experience is preferred
- Experience reporting on social impact metrics would be an added advantage
- Corporate Social Responsibility/Community Investment background
- Strong communications, writing and presentation skills
- Critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial approach to tackling social issues to deliver impact
- Ability to work independently, part of a team and seek and take direction as appropriate
- Ability to work with people and has the capacity to motivate others
