Office Manager

Salary $50,000

Permanent, Full-Time

The Office Manager builds customer relationships, motivates our field crew members, maintains operations excellence in day to day functions, maintains high profit margins and drives the growth of our business. $20,000 annual bonus paid upon hitting company profit target.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Correspond with customers regarding bookings, quotes, and invoicing
- Manage marketing materials and promotions
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Type quotes and proposals
- Send invoices and manage accounts
- Schedule quotes and service appointments
- Manage the field crews schedule

Qualifications:

- Management or administrative experience in the tree service, landscaping or home service industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills

This is a remote position with a computer and phone provided.

Ascent Yard Care provides tree, hedge and garden services to homeowners in Greater Victoria and beyond. Our crews prune trees, trim hedges and service gardens in a highly skilled and efficient manner. We are a fast growing company and service hundreds of new customers each year. Our office provides exceptional customer service and is highly responsive to our customers requests. We care intensely about the success of each job. We are constantly striving to serve our customers better through operational excellence.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
