The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Generalist to join our team at Top Down. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the human resources operations, helping to shape our multiple portfolio companies cultures, support employees, and drive the mission of ‘Growth Through Execution.’ This is a unique opportunity to work with many talented teams, support multiple high-growth SaaS companies, and grow your career in an exciting and supportive environment. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Drive and manage talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top industry talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with other Top Down companies to support their HR needs and initiatives.
- Plan and execute special events such as holidays and employee appreciation events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues and concerns.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Handle employee relations matters and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in the development and execution of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including health and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a HR role.
- Proficient in HRIS/ATS systems (BambooHR), MacOS Environment and G-suite products
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
