***Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement campaigns to promote our products or services, increase brand visibility, and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports to management.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize impact and achieve desired results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of direct reports providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster their growth and development.
- Collaborate with external agencies as needed, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives, and leveraging external expertise when necessary.

**_Please note: _**_This role is an in-office, 5 days/week role. It is NOT a remote or hybrid position. There will also be occasional participation at public events like tradeshows based on any team-based marketing initiatives._**

***Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and achievement of measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles across both offline and online channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Later, etc.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team, foster collaboration, and drive results.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
