Atlas Workwear is Canada's fastest-growing workwear brand, trusted by hundreds of thousands of industrial workers in oil & gas, mining, utilities, and construction. We have two locations in Edmonton and Oakville, servicing customers nationwide.

Atlas sells exclusively through distributors with no DTC sales. However, consumer-direct marketing is still essential to create demand and drive traffic to our distributor network.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Oakville office to drive national brand awareness, execute marketing strategies, and oversee regional marketing efforts in every province.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with our sales team and product team.
  • Build and implement national and regional B2B marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive demand.
  • Manage social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, SEO, and influencer partnerships to generate awareness and engagement.
  • Work with our nationwide distributor network to support their marketing needs, create co-branded campaigns, and drive demand to their stores.
  • Organize and oversee trade shows, job-site activations, industry sponsorships, and promotional campaigns to strengthen our brand presence.
  • Create targeted marketing strategies for each product category to maximize sales and visibility. Collaborate with product management to launch new products effectively, ensuring market readiness.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Use analytics and performance metrics to refine campaigns, track engagement, and ensure high ROI.
  • Collaborating with marketing firms as needed in each region.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in workwear, safety gear, or industrial B2B industries.
  • You can develop high-level strategy but aren't afraid to get involved in execution.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and event marketing.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, manage external agencies, and work cross-functionally with sales and operations teams.
  • You thrive in a fast-growing company and know how to make a brand stand out in competitive markets.
  • You understand the needs of industrial workers and how to speak their language.
  • Strong research skills to gather insights about market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing marketing collateral.
  • Strong email marketing skills with an understanding of best practices for engagement.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience, plus a year-end bonus.
