**DISTRICT RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR**

Thinking strategically, and in coordination with your District Human Resources Business Partner and our Recruitment team, you will be challenged to develop and maintain solutions to sustainable talent sourcing pipelines. You will gain experience using our applicant tracking system to post open positions and administer various state-of-the-art assessments.

**What you will do**:

- Work with and report to your district’s Human Resource Business Partner
- Various HR administrative duties and special assignments as required.
- Provide support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
- Participate in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events, as per business need.
- Assist with employee onboarding.
- Be a resource for new and existing associates regarding internal employment opportunities.

**What you will bring**:

- Post secondary education in Human Resources Management is not required but is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of HR Recruitment policies and procedures is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and remain organized, balancing priorities.
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel and Teams.
- Can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
