**Job Summary**

**Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator**

**Reporting to: General Sales Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Teamwork for project completion**
**- Customer coordination with engineering team**
**- Performance monitoring against project timeline**
**- Maintaining project documentation**
**- Providing information to internal/external customers**
**- Customer approval follow-up**
**- Collecting customer survey/feedback**
**- Supporting quality audits**

**Qualifications**:

- PMP Certification**
**- BS in Business administration, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience as deemed by General Sales Manager**
**- Minimum 2 years project management or experience in the electrical industry**
**- Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills**
**- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills**
**- Preferable: Knowledge of electrical power distribution and codes**
**- Preferable: Mechanical, machine/structural design knowledge**

Pay: $38,156.89-$65,453.21 per year
