Diamond Estates (TSXV: DWS) is the third largest producer of VQA wines in Niagara, Ontario and is proud of our high-quality wines. Production is centralized in a state-of-the-art facility with a new tasting and retail store. The Company also operates a sales agency division, Trajectory Beverage Partners (“TBP”) that represents foreign and domestic beverage alcohol suppliers across Canada.

Based in the Niagara region,reporting to the _Director of Winery Marketing, the _**Marketing Coordinator **will partner with our wine making team and Operations leaders to accomplish the following:
**Key Tasks**:

- Create and deliver compelling and brand-centric content for web, social media, print, and promotional items
- Create promotional materials and campaign assets in-house using Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Provide engaging content; develop video and photography for all brands, manage content library and share assets as required Follow brand guidelines in creating content
- Work with design team to create winery tourism assets including tasting vouchers, gift cert vouchers, menus, etc.)
- Manage photo assets, keep library up to date including seasonal winery images, bottles shots, lifestyle and brand images
- Collaborate with winemaking team to write tasting notes, build library of resources and share assets as required
- Manage social media marketing campaigns for all brands (Meta, IG, Twitter, TikTok, etc) and manage day-to-day activities
- Write blogs on relevant wine and cider topics
- Set and plan social media content calendars for ON brands (organic and sponsored ads)
- Curate relevant content to capture target customers interests.
- Create sponsored ad campaigns with special focus on OND sales Manage community engagement.
- Monitor, listen and respond to all users while cultivating sales leads (visits and transactions) Oversee design (profile pic, highlights, thumbnail, LinkTree, etc.)
- Compile monthly results showing key metrics (ROI, ROAS, Monitor and capture online reviews and ratings and respond accordingly

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary diploma/degree preferably with sales or marketing emphasis
- 2+ years experience in a similar marketing role
- LCBO NISS & MPTS familiarity
- Market /sales data analysis experience
- Experience working within the wine industry is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

**Working Conditions**:

- Substantial computer / desk time
- Potentially 10-15% travel for off-site functions & special events / tastings
- Hours of work may include weekends or evening for events
