**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement business plans to ensure that NA Product Management strategy is delivered at a local level in an effective and appropriate manner. This includes language, pricing, sales force communication and marketing liaison.
- Drive incremental portfolio expansion in Healthcare Segment by working collaboratively with business development and PM teams.
- Ensure Canadian CPM activities & performance metrics are fully aligned with the NA & Global Product Management strategies, Sales, Marketing & Customer Service organizations.
- Establish commercially effective / relevant relationships with suppliers local to the Canadian region.
- Continually assess product / market opportunities / gaps as they relate to the Canadian region. Communicate potential opportunities to the NA Product Management team for evaluation and decision making. Equally, monitor and provide structured feedback on competitor activities to both Product Management, as well as Sales & Marketing functions, where appropriate.
- Travel, where necessary, to maintain effective relationships with appropriate suppliers and represent the company at industry events and tradeshows, as well as providing support to field sales organizations at regional meetings and with customers.
- Liaise at the country level with cross divisional partners to ensure the development, execution and alignment of commercial strategies that supports the profitable growth of the corporation’s products & the strengthening of its brand in appropriate markets.
- _ Healthcare focus includes:_
- _ Providing clinical market information and data to the Insights team to build out overall market and trend knowledge._
- _ Engaging with Clinical Specialists, Industry Directors, and Account Representatives to support clinical end market requirements. _
- _Serve as the voice of/for the clinical segment in Canada._

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of relevant commercial work experience in product management, merchandising or marketing required
- Bachelor degree (related to a field of science is preferred, sales/marketing would be valued) required
- MBA would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking experience and flexibility to address immediate priorities and still manage deadlines with longer-term projects and strategic initiatives.
